Please note the following Executive Council meeting dates for 2012.

A light dinner will be served at each meeting.

The meeting dates for 2012 are the second Tuesdays of the following months.

A reminder notice will be sent two weeks in advance.  A second notice requesting RSVP's from everyone will be sent one week in advance along with a draft meeting agenda.
