What is Project Access of Wake County?

Eligibility Requirements:
  Patients must be permanent residents of Wake County, have an income at or below 185% of the national poverty guideline, be uninsured and have a medical need. During the screening process at the primary care enrollment clinics, patients are asked to provide proof of income and residency.

Enrollment Periods:
  Patients are enrolled for six (6) months for specialty care. Extensions may be granted to patients who have an appointment past the date of their enrollment and who continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
